Laundry time reading

There they were, stretched out ever so innocently on a riser in my apartment building’s laundry room.Three paperbacks of various lengths just sitting there, waiting to be written. They were in pretty good shape, and there was not a booby trap in site.

My first thought: Are these free for the taking?
My second thought: No, these are for bored clothing launderers.

No matter why they’re sitting there, it was kind of a neat find. The library consist of:

    I think unless otherwise indicated the ethical norm is “take a book, leave a book.” You can remove one of the books from your laundry room as long as you leave a comparable book in its place for someone else.
