On April 16, 2008, Frances Mcrae, an acting assistant deputy minister at Human Resources and Skills Development Canada, claimed $4.04 for refreshments served at a large lunch meeting in Gatineau, Quebec. For those readers keeping track, she purchased the refreshments at Uniprix. Maybe it was this one.
